For MAX's State of Transit event, Integreat conceptualized, designed, and built an interactive mobile app demo that showed what a better rider experience could look like, with real-time updates, route optimization, and ticketing in one place. We handled requirements gathering, the design concept, the interface, and the working prototype. The demo drew positive feedback, local news coverage, and real enthusiasm from stakeholders. It also improved collaboration across departments and laid the groundwork for full app development.
