We thought there was a better way to do marketing, and a better way to treat our peers, partners, and clients. For more than 15 years, we’ve been proving it, helping clients elevate their brands through integrated marketing that drives growth.
Our foundation is simple: work with people who love what they do, do what they say they’ll do, and do great work. That’s it. It sounds simple, and it is, but it takes a real, daily commitment to our team, our partners, and our clients.

Meet the Founder
Mia Johnson — Managing Partner, Strategy
Mia has spent 25 years building marketing strategy and making sure it gets done. She started in-house, leading marketing programs for medical device manufacturers, clinical research institutes, and physician training programs across the U.S. and India. That experience taught her how to build complex programs inside corporate environments, where credibility is earned through expertise, and strategy only matters if it gets done. Whether the client is a physician, a founder, or a firm partner, her work has stayed the same: help experts make their expertise visible to the people they want to reach.
Her work has since extended across professional services, healthcare, the public sector, and nonprofits. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb and Kimberly-Clark, regional law firms including Swift Currie and The Cochran Law Firm, nonprofits like the Arthritis Foundation, and public agencies including Birmingham MAX Transit and the City of Atlanta — both as an agency partner and as the founder of her own firm.
She started Integreat after watching the same pattern repeat across two decades of work: strategy decks that didn’t translate into execution, capable teams without the systems to deliver, and agencies that moved on after the pitch. Integreat was built to close the activation gap — to keep strategists in the work and put activation on the same team that shaped the thinking, with particular depth in regulated industries and professional services firms.
Mia also serves as Managing Director of Relish Brand Partners, a corporate and employer brand consultancy working with mid-market and enterprise organizations. She is a founding facilitator at Marketing Speaks Academy, launching August 2026 to train the next group of marketing practitioners, and she mentors newer marketers and female entrepreneurs across Atlanta.
Mia is PMP-certified, with additional certifications in digital media from Duke University and integrated marketing from Cornell. She is based in Atlanta.
